THE FARMER’S ALMANAC IN HAIKU

The Farmer’s Almanac In Haiku

Some predictions come

from watching nature’s habits

squirrels and rabbits.

……………………………………………………..

Cold and snow ahead

bring a higher heating price

comes as no surprise.

…………………………………………………………

Some get wind and rain

others to have ice and snow

watch the hawk and crow.

…………………………………………………………

Leaves begin to turn

colors blaze from frosty nights

sparkling crisp and bright.

…………………………………………………………….

Farmers see the signs

from nature’s indications

as revelations.
