Reflections And Interjections 6 & 16

It has been a while since I have given you another look inside this disturbed mind of mine. So here are a few things for you to ponder on this Monday morning.

     Think about it,

Jake.

Reflections And Interjections 6 & 16

Just think about how screwed-up

this whole world would be

if all of our jobs,

were like meteorology.

Knowing full-well that you’ll be wrong

more than half of the time

but, paid well none the less,

come the rain  or come the shine.

……………………………………………………………..

With the welfare state of mind

that in this land we find

this thought, has now occurred to me.

Just to cry “Oh woe, is me,

is just like “Open Sesame”

and I fear we have become, a bit too kind.

……………………………………………………………………..

You will never be held to blame

for something that’s done wrong,

if it’s nothing that you do

and you do it, all day long.

 ………………………………………………………………………..

Just because the jackass

is at the head of the plow

that doesn’t make him a leader.

 ………………………………………………………………………………..
