Interjections and Reflections

Here are just a few mid-week tidbits that I thought may entertain, enlighten or just tick you off.. Enjoy them if you can.

Jake.

Just a few thoughts for the mid-week

Just a few thoughts for the mid-week

The person who said,

“the best things in life

are free”

must surely have envisioned,

today’s welfare system.

……………………………………………………………

Necessity may be

the mother of invention,

but desperation, fathers motivation.

……………………………………………………………………………..

Wish not, a hurtful deed,

though in your mind ’twas earned.

For the fruit of the curse’s seed

on thee, may be returned.

…………………………………………………………………………….

The most vocal of people,

usually have the least to say.

……………………………………………………………………………….

In business and battle

there’s one thing you’ll find.

When you move forward,

you better watch your behind.

………………………………………………………………………………………..

Hatred destroys the soul.

Anger consumes the mind.

But laughter soothes the heart.

And love, all three will bind.

………………………………………………………………………………………..
