The Greatest Miracle

I’m telling you Nashville, this is the type of material that you are missing out on. Remember the Gatlin brothers? They made a fortune doing just this type of music. Please contact me at poemsandponderings.wordpress.com. when you come to your senses. This is only the tip of the iceberg.

As you may have guessed, it’s a trip into the “Song Lyrics” file for today’s post.

God bless you all,

Jake.

Let us thank God for all of His miracles.

Let us thank God for all of His miracles.

THE GREATEST MIRACLE

He changed water into wine,

He let the blind man see,

but I think His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.

He walked upon the water,

He parted the Red Sea,

but I think His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.

*

Now, I am not a devil,

and I surely am no saint,

but I know that you’re an angel,

and you, were heaven-sent.

Yes, He sent you here to guide me,

through life’s whirls and snares,

He sent you as His answer,

to all, of my life’s prayers.

*

He changed water into wine,

He let the blind man see,

but I think His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.

Yes, He walked upon the water,

He parted the Red Sea,

but I think His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.

*

You are always there beside me,

when I need you most.

You truly are a gift to me,

from the Heavenly Host.

And I know that I must give you,

my respect, and all my love.

Because you are a blessing,

sent, from up above.

*

Yes, He changed water into wine,

He let the blind man see,

He walked upon the water,

He parted the Red Sea.

But, I think His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.

*

Yes, His greatest miracle,

was when He made you, love me.
