Christmas In Haiku

It has been a little while since my last attempt at Haiku.. And what better subject than the Christmas Season, that we are currently experiencing. So I thought of a few today, for your reading pleasure, or at least something to do while your K-cup is brewing. Please enjoy the humor that is intended.

Short week, which may also involve spotty blogging. Hey do they have “Depends” for blogs? Or maybe some…panty “one-liners”.. Oh, don’t stop me now, I’m on a roll..

    Anyway have a great Thursday,

Jake.

CHRISTMAS IN HAIKU

Christmas In Haiku

Giving now over

Let the returning begin

Measure your value.

……………………………………………….

Eat, drink, be merry

Hangover’s pain will subside

But, photographs don’t.

…………………………………………………….

Christmas comes yearly

But its bill comes once a month

Become a cheap skate.

……………………………………………………….

To want and to get

Everything that you ask for

You are too damn spoiled!

……………………………………………………….

The Yule tide season

fills us with joyous feelings

Then winter drags on.

…………………………………………………………..
