December Thoughts

If you are reading this, you have survived “Mayan Mania” and you are apocalypticly absolved, for now! With just three more days until Christmas the following poem, I believe, sums up the entire month of December. The contrasts, along with the peaks and valleys of emotions can be draining to some and exhilarating to others, right up through the New Year‘s “celebrations.”  I hope and pray that we all make it through the Holidays with our health and sanity intact.

Good luck and have a stress-less Saturday,

Jake.

P.S. I think you will like tomorrow’s post called “The Christmas Lesson”. Check in and see!

Mayan Mania

December to remember

December Thoughts

Simplicity, complexity,

problems and solutions,

mortality, infinity,

order and confusion.

Charity, misery,

reality and illusion,

humanity, divinity,

clarity and obtrusion.

  1. Sherry says:

I’m not sure but I think somewhere in all that lies the answer to the ultimate question of the universe.

    • Which of course is: Where’s the beer? Oh, I mean “Where’s the beef?” Yeah, beef, that’s what I meant….beef.. Now I need a beer! lol Thanks for the comment as usual Sherry, Merry Christmas to you and your family.
      Jake.

  2. That sums it up just about perfectly I think…
Merry Chrismas Jake, to you and yours. 🙂
