Saturday morning, slow blog day.. So here is a question to ask ourselves, the few who will be reading, when we wish or hope for something, anything, anything at all and it doesn’t come to fruition, are those wishes and hopes destroyed? Or..

Please be safe on this Saturday,

                                UNANSWERED WISHES

 Where do wishes,

unanswered, go,

a landfill, in some place,

that we don’t know?

                                      Scrap heaps piled

                                             and mounded high,

                                      with the hopes and dreams,

                                                  of you and I?

 From the broken-hearted,

and needy ones,

from the desperate,

                                          and the vain, they’ve come.

                                                   Or, are they taken,

                                                      to be reformed,

                                                 refurbished, recycled,

                                                         and reborn?

                                                 And, when they are,

                                                     as good as new,

                                                    then be reissued,

                                                      to me and you!
