Closets and Windows

Just a little something to think about, as we go through the day. We all have our secrets. Don’t we?  Share your secrets with me, I won’t tell, promise.  {X}.

Every, closet holds a secret,

and every window, has it’s shade,

to hide from prying eyes,

mistakes, that we have made.

Every house, in every town,

and everyone, on every block,

have, something that about,

they have no wish, to talk.

And some, will hide away,

what to some, may seem benign,

the magnitude of secrecy,

is theirs only, to define.

But, when all is said and done,

after all, we’re just the same,

peering in, to other’s windows,

while curtaining, our own shame.
